The last thing that women want is SMELLY FEET!
But sometimes it happens to us, whether because our activity , the shoe fabric, or the climate.
Don’t worry we got some tips to overcome it.
- Avoid using stocking in a long time period with highheels. High heels make your feet tired, that’s why your feet will extract more sweat. If you wear it to work (at office) for instance, take off the stocking when you are alone, give your feet air to breath.
- Avoid using stocking to high activity occasion, like outdoor activity in the day time. Your sweat will definitely make your stocking wet, and it caused stink to your feet.
- Always change stocking / socks everyday. Do not reuse it more than a day.
- Don’t put on shoes right away after using body lotion. Let your feet dry first before using shoes.
- After a long day activity, rest n relaxing your feet by dip it into cold water in few minutes, then move it to warm water for about 15 minutes. This will help refreshing your feet skin.
- Washing the feet regularly with anti-bacterial soaps
- To reduce sweating, use shoes that let your feet breathe. Boots is the last options to wear. If you want to wear boots, make sure you wear cotton socks to help absorb the sweat.
- Do not leave your shoes in wet condition. Immediate dry your shoes if it’s wet, in order to avoid stink smell to its fabric.
- If the smell is persistent, please visit your doctor for a medical treatment.
