What to wear with wedges?


Most women love to wear high heels but hate the fact that wearing high heels not always comfortable especially if you're wearing them for extended period of time.  Thanks to the innovator of wedge heels. Wedge heels can also boost you height for sure, make you look slimmer and can be worn longer than heels (If the height of the heels not more than 7-8cm, you can wear them the whole day without pain).

Have you ever experienced buying a pair of shoes which was comfortable fit but then turned out to be too small or big on the other day? Believe me, you're not the only because we have received lots of email regarding this issue.

How to avoid these thing to happen? Here are some tips to make sure your shoes fit comfortably months or even years after the date of purchase.
* When you shop for shoes, it is very important to make sure you pick a pair of shoes that will remain comfortable. do not shop for shoes early in the morning. Your feet are considerably smaller at the beginning of the day.

* The best time to buy shoes is in the late afternoon or early evening, because most feet tend to swell during the day. Walking, eating and drinking can cause our feet to swell and this can affect the size of your shoes.

* When trying on a pair of new shoes, the fit should be comfortably snug, but make sure it's not too tight. There should be a little room at the toe area so that your toes can move around. By doing so, the shoes will remain comfortable during the day when our feet swollen.

* Try on both shoes. Some people have a slight size variance from one foot to the other.  If you are appear to be one, then you must buy the size of shoes according to your larger foot.

* Put the shoes on then walk around the store. When you're walking with the shoes, there should not be any gap between your ankle and the shoe.

* Push down on the inside of the shoe to ensure they put some cushion that you can actually push down. A hard insole will suffer your feet, especially if you walk a lot during the day.

* The level of comfortability is varies. It depends on many thing such as the shape of feets, feets length and with, etc. One shoes that comfortable for some people might not be feeling the same for some others. So if you find a brand of shoes that work best for you that can give you adequate comfort, stick with that brand whenever possible.

How to Walk in High Heels


Wearing high heels is a must for some women. High heels can instantly change your appearance; your legs will look slimmer, your stomach is flatter, and also bring out the feminity in you. It can also do wonders for your stride. But, walking in high heels is not a natural talent--it's a learned skill that needs practice. 

Here are some tips that will help you to stand up with high heels:

Don't go too fast from flat too heels, from not ever having worn heels to slipping on some 9cm or 12cm stilettos. There are many types of heels,  they are varying in height, thickness and shape. Train your feet step by step to allow your ankles develop the strength they need to walk gracefully in high heels.

Practice makes perfect. Wear your heels around the house a day or two days before you wear them out. This will not only allow you to get used to wearing them, but it will also create scuffs on the bottom so they will be less slippery. 

Add cushioning to add comfortable level when needed. There are cushions made in various shapes and from different materials that you can stick on the inside of your shoe for more comfortable walking. Use the if needed.

If your feet feel very hurt, give your feet a break. Sit down every thirty minutes max. Whenever there's a chance to sit, then sit down for a while. Don't take your heels off, this will only allow the pain to worsen. It feels much better after you take them off,  but it will only make it harder to continue after.

How to Keep Your Shoes Long Lasting?

How often do you buy new shoes to replace the old ones? Sometimes we do realize that we must buy a new one not because the shoes is out of date, but because they're already damaged. How to keep your shoes long lasting? Here are some tips that you must try.

1. Watch your step, each time you walk. Guide your shoes as you drive your car. Minimize 'crash' it to other object. In that way, your shoes are always on their good shape. Keep changing your shoes 2-3 times in a week. Don't wear 1 pair of shoes for the entire month or even entire week. Give your shoes time to rest.

2. Often polish and brush your shoes regularly, if it's made from leather. Let your shoes breath some air, but remember don't dry them directly under the sun, it could fade its color and make them look dingy.

3.  Humidity could fastening the process of shoes' fabric damage. Keep it durable by keeping your shoes inside shoe box with silica gel in it. The point is to keep your shoes dry.

4. If because some reasons your shoes get wet, dry it immediately. Don't let your shoes in wet condition for more than 1 day. Your shoes need to feel the air as well, let it contact with air for at least 30 minutes before put it back inside the box.

5. Last but not least, regularly spray your inner shoes with foot spray, to avoid stinky smell from your shoes. And dry them after you spray.

How to Get Rid of Smelly Feet?


The last thing that women want is SMELLY FEET!
But sometimes it happens to us, whether because our activity , the shoe fabric, or the climate.


Don’t worry we got some tips to overcome it.
  • Avoid using stocking in a long time period with highheels. High heels make your feet tired, that’s why your feet will extract more sweat. If you wear it to work (at office) for instance, take off the stocking when you are alone, give your feet air to breath.
  • Avoid using stocking to high activity occasion, like outdoor activity in the day time. Your sweat will definitely make your stocking wet, and it caused stink to your feet.
  • Always change stocking / socks everyday. Do not reuse it more than a day.
  • Don’t put on shoes right away after using body lotion. Let your feet dry first before using shoes.
  • After a long day activity, rest n relaxing your feet by dip it into cold water in few minutes, then move it to warm water for about 15 minutes. This will help refreshing your feet skin.
  • Washing the feet regularly with anti-bacterial soaps
  • To reduce sweating, use shoes that let your feet breathe. Boots is the last options to wear. If you want to wear boots, make sure you wear cotton socks to help absorb the sweat.
  • Do not leave your shoes in wet condition. Immediate dry your shoes if it’s wet, in order to avoid stink smell to its fabric.
  • If the smell is persistent, please visit your doctor for a medical treatment.

Wearing Your New Shoes Without Pain!


Some shoes are easy to wear, without pain of sore/wound heel. Mostly because the shoes fabric is very smooth enough to fit to your feet. But some shoes could give you a headache, from the pain /wound it caused to your heel or your toes or even BOTH!



This might happen because of  the model of the shoes (like highheels), or maybe the fabric that is too stiff to be used. But hey, who could resist sexy and tempting high heels in etalase that keep dragging your eye onto it, or pretty comfy look wedges that keep rewinding in your head, rite?

 
To overcome these problems, the shoes need to be smoothening. Here are some tips from the experts:

1.The shoes must be wore like 3-4 times, before it become comfortable. Make sure you wear heel cover or toes cover to prevent sore/ wound heel or toes for first times used.  
   
-        2. Spray inner shoes with body lotion, in order to smoothening the surface of the inner fabric.
Leave it for 1 night, or even 2 days. Don’t forget to wipe clean the body lotion after that.

3. Smoothen your inner shoes by full filling it with used paper, or plastic that has been crushed before. Press those filling toward inside the shoes untill there’s no more room left inside shoes. Leave it for 1 night or 2 days. This is to stretch the fabric not tight when you are ready to wear it.

-        4. Keep your shoes outside the box for several times, let it contact with air. Sometimes air could help stretching / smoothening the fabric.
